We report the discovery of a possible SN or CV (V=16.331+-0.035). Nothing is visible at this position on the PanSTARRS-1 image. Discovery was made on several 30-s survey images (limiting mag about 19.0) taken by Xing Gao around 2022 Sep. 23.62972 UT in the course of the KATS survey of Xinjiang Astronomical Observatory.
