Discovery report | We reported a possible CV or optical counterpart of unknown high energy event (18.27+-0.19CV). Discovery was made on several 60-s survey images (limiting mag about 19.0CV) taken by Xing Gao around 2024 Apr. 05.90672 UT in the course of the KATS survey of Xinjiang Astronomical Observatory. The follow-up image was made on 120-s survey image (limiting mag about 19.5CV) taken by Xing Gao at Xingming Observatory “#”2 (N89) around 2024 Jul. 03.72557 UT using a unfiltered CCD (+0.5m f/4 reflector). The target remains at 18.3 CV for at least 3 months. | ||
