Discovery report | We report the discovery of a possible SN at 16.66+-0.08CV on several 40-s survey images (limiting mag about 19.0CV) taken by Xing Gao at Xingming Observatory “#”3 (N88) around 2023 Oct. 11.59222 UT using a using a unfiltered CCD ( + Celestron C14 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope D=356-mm @f/6.9 ). The transient approximately located at RA= 08h17m23.51s, DEC = +21d41m40.6s (equinox 2000.0). |
