Zhijian Xu(Nanjing,Jiangsu,China) and Xing Gao (Urumqi,Xinjiang,China), report the discovery of a possible supernova (mag approximately 16.6) on a 40-s survey image (limiting mag about 18.5) taken by Xing Gao in Xingming Observation Sky Survey(C42) around Dec.21.53473 UT.using an unfiltered CCD ( + Celestron C14 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope D=350-mm @f/6.9 ). The new object approximately located at R.A.=21h 14m 22s.87 Decl.=+15°14’40”.7(equinox 2000.0), which is about 5.8″ east and 2″ north of the center of the UGC 11706. Nothing is visible at this position on archival images taken on Dec.09(limiting mag 18.7),Dec.10(limiting mag 19.0) or on the DSS from Aug.14,1991(limiting mag about 19.9).
