Mi Zhang and Xing Gao, report the outburst of a variable star candidate (mag approximately 16.4) was discovered on several 120-s survey images (limiting mag about 18.5) taken by Xing Gao in Xingming Observatory Sky Survey(N88) around May. 06.87963 UT using a unfiltered CCD ( 0.3-m f/3.6 reflector ). The transient approximately located at R.A.=23h37m48.20s +61d27’11”.4 (equinox 2000.0).
