Guoyou Sun(Qufu, Shandong, China) and Xing Gao (Urumqi, Xinjiang, China) report a potential nova(mag approximately 11.8) discovery from several 60-s images
(limiting mag about 14.0) taken by Xing Gao in Xingming Wide-Angle Sky Survey Nova Search Programm(XWASS-NSP) around Mar.1.92859 UT using a Canon EOS 350D Camera (+200-mm f/2.8 lens), the new object located at R.A. = 18h56m46s.49, Decl. = -08o54’35.0″ (equinox 2000.0; USNO-B1.0 reference stars),with confirming images on Mar.2.XXX UT showing the new object at mag about XX.X.
Nothing was visible at this location on images taken on Feb 20, 24, 26, 29.
