Mi Zhang (Xingming Obs), Quanzhi Ye , Xing Gao (XAO), Guoyou Sun (Xingming Obs), on behalf of the KATS team report the discovery of a possible SN or CV (V=18.041+-0.054). Nothing is visible at this position on the PanSTARRS-1 image. Discovery was made on three 30-s survey images (limiting mag about 19.0) taken by Xing Gao around 2022 Jul. 25.73 UT in the course of the KATS survey of Xinjiang Astronomical Observatory.
