We report the discovery of a possible SN at 18.8CV on several 40-s survey images (limit mag about 19.5) taken by Xing Gao at Xingming Observatory #3 (N88) around Sep. 08.65002, 2022 UT using a unfiltered CCD ( +Celestron C14 SchmidtCassegrain telescope D=356mm @f/6.9 ), and the pre-discovery was made at 19.0CV on several 40-s survey images (limit mag about 19.5) taken by Xing Gao around Sep. 07.68693, 2022 UT. The transient approximately located at RA= 23h04m32.33s, DEC = +44d13m06.3s (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 28.0″ east and 11″ south of the center of the UGC 12341.
