Guohe Lin, Jingyuan Zhao, Yanxi Li, Jianlin Xu, Wenjie Zhou, Jiangao Ruan, Guoyou Sun, Mi Zhang, Xing Gao (Xingming Obs), report the discovery of a variable star candidate on several 30-s survey images (limit mag about 19.0) taken by Xing Gao at Xingming Observatory “#”2 (N89) around 2022 Jan.30.82010 UTC using unfiltered CCD and HMT telescope (0.5m f/4 reflector). The transient is approximately located at RA= 08h20m24.38s,DEC = +66d50m56.9s (equinox 2000.0). The source appears to correspond to object Gaia EDR3 1093650577965188992 (G=14.75) in the Gaia EDR3. The candidate shows possible variability type ELL by analyzing Xingming Observatory Sky Survey (XOSS) data and ZTF data. Details can be found at: http://xjltp.china-vo.org/psp22h.html
