Mi Zhang and Xing Gao, report the outburst of a variable star candidate (mag approximately 17.8) was discovered on several 120-s survey images (limiting mag about 20.0) taken by Xing Gao at Xingming Observatory #2 (N89) around Oct. 16.77961 UT using a unfiltered CCD ( 0.5-m f/4 reflector ). The transient approximately located at R.A.=23h37m52.41s +52d27’20”.6 (equinox 2000.0). Nothing is visible at this position on archival images taken on Oct. 16.74685 (limiting mag 20.0) .
