Hanjie Tan (AUUK), Mi Zhang, Guoyou Sun, Jiangao Ruan, Jingyuan Zhao (Xingming Obs), Quanzhi Ye , Xing Gao (Xingming Obs), report the discovery of a possible CV at 18.08 Gmag on several 60-s survey images (limit mag about 18.5) taken by Xing Gao at Xingming Observatory “#”3 (N88) around 2022 Jan.09.79100 UTC using unfiltered CCD and PAT telescope (0.3-m f/3.6 reflector). The transient is approximately located at RA= 06h53m47.01s,DEC = +23d23m57.3s (equinox 2000.0). Discovery images can be found at: http://xjltp.china-vo.org/xm92ht.html
